Brackets work very well. The only thing preventing a 5 rating was the lack of instructions or a link to the Ergomotion video on YouTube. The YouTube video could be slightly improved to show the bed orientation in the beginning of the video. Orientation wasn't apparent until the legs were installed because my Ergomotion platform looks slightly different than what was in the video. Overall, I highly recommend this product for mounting a headboard to an Ergomotion platform. Well done!

We had high hopes since our last adjustable bed frame held the headboard too far away from the bed that the pillows fell between the headboard and the bed. This bracket results in almost the same. The headboard is not at a 90 degree angle with the bed either in fact far from it. I had to use shims to get it close. I think the fault is with the weld of T-bracket. The video provided is only helpful if you have the same frame used in the video. I call their technical support which was not helpful at all. At over $80 for the bracket, I am not happy at all and would by a different adjustable base. We bought our Ergomotion RIO 2.0 adjustable base sold at Macy’s sold as a Beautyrest Motion Air Adjustable.
Make sure you ask for headboard brackets when you buy bed frame!
Extremely irritating experience! We wanted an ergonomic mattress and frame. Purchased at a reputable furniture store, which ordered, delivered, and set up bed in our home. I purchased a headboard from another vendor and learned there were no headboard brackets on the ergonomic bed frame! Furniture salesman should have told us we needed these brackets and ordered them with the bed frame and mattress! I am not blaming ergonomic bed vendor but brackets should be included in the bed frame! I had to pay another $100 to purchase and ship the brackets. Then I had to pay someone to help me move the mattress and turn the frame upside down to install the brackets. IF the mattress vendor informed us that the headboard brackets were not included, OR, if the headboard brackets were included with the bed frame, I would have given everyone 5 stars.

Exactly what I needed to install a headboard to my adjustable bed frame. All necessary instructions, hardware and tools were included. I did have a small issue with one of the thread holes which also distorted the screw but since I had a tap and die set it was easy to correct. I am very pleased with the product and results.
