Q: Do I have to have a website?
A: Applicants should have a website or social media account that is live and shares content that is in line with our brand values. We have a very stringent policy for approval.
Q: Does my site qualify for the Ergomotion Affiliate Program?
A: We review sites manually to ensure that your site(s) are aligned with our corporate and brand values.
Q: What is the commission?
A: If approved, you will agree to a proposed contract which will outline the commission structure and cookie terms.
Q: How do you handle product returns?
A: If a purchase is refunded by a customer or credit card dispute/fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
Q: How do I track my money earned?
A: We've partnered with Impact Marketing which will allow you to log in and view all commissions and access to our marketing materials.
Q: How long does it take to get approved?
A: Once you've completed our application form, we will review your application, typically within 2-3 business days. If you are approved or not approved, you will receive an automated email.
