Ergomotion Returns Policy
All Ergomotion adjustable bases (including ErgoSportive and Dawn House) are final sale and not available for return. If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact customer service at 888-550-3746 or on our website here and we will accommodate you if possible.
Please note that the Dawn House bed may be larger and heavier than other bases of similar size. It is the customer's responsibility to measure any hallways, stairwells or elevators for proper space allowance for delivery. Should the Dawn House bed not be able to be delivered due to the customer failing to properly measure the necessary space(s) to make final delivery the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Final determination of necessary space will be made by the White Glove delivery team and may be decided prior to unboxing the product.
Our experience has taught us it’s common to take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep system. Because of this, we require a minimum trial period of 30 days for any of our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of sleeping on your mattress, you may return it up to 100 days after the delivery date for a full refund.
Pillows and Bedding
Due to the personal nature of pillows and bedding, we do not
accept returns for these items.
Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories (ie, headboard brackets, legs, remote controls, etc.) are final sale and not available for return.
• Any shipping, handling, assembly fees, removal fees, state recycling fees or similar fees are not refundable.
• Damaged items will not be accepted.
• Returned mattresses will be recycled or donated to a charity. We never sell used mattresses.
Please note that all of our products are warrantied against manufacturers’ defects. If you have a question regarding our returns or warranty policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
