Does not work

I bought this brand new for $139.99. I had to pair it to my bed and when I did it only goes up and down it does not vibrate whatsoever. Very disappointing because when I called nobody would help me out. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from here because they won't help you.

I guess it’s fine. Just re-ordered the remote because my other one broke so nothing to be excited about. Hate that it cost almost $150, but I guess you got us with that situation. Thanks
