Replace remote control

We lost our original remote during our move to our new home. And the experience getting a replacement remote was excellent.

poor customer service

I think I ordered the wrong remote and have contacted this company numerous times. The one time I got to speak to a live person (at least I hope it was a live person) they gave me the names of 2 technicians who could help me. One wasn't even affiliated with the company and the other never called back. In the meantime, neither has the customer service for Ergomotion called me back or responded to any of my numerous emails. I'm not a happy camper and regret having to deal with this company for a replacement remote for my bed.
