Ergomotion Product Warranties
Get the restorative experience you deserve with the peace of mind of our three-tier product warranties – included with every Ergomotion adjustable bed base. All Ergomotion products are tested and proven to perform with exceptional accuracy and consistency, but should there be component defects or operational failures, we will replace those parts or send a new adjustable bed to your doorstep.
2-Year Warranty
Your Ergomotion adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in electronics for two years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
During this period, we will provide a one-time courtesy technician visit, as determined and authorized by the manufacturer, and will replace any defective part or parts at its sole discretion.
Defective replacement parts are covered at 100% during the two-year warranty period. Shipping costs for defective replacement parts are covered only during the first 90 days from the purchase date.
5-Year Warranty on Parts
During years 3 through 5 from the original delivery date, we will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer for the original purchaser.
The liability is limited to replacement of the defective electrical or mechanical part or parts only. The purchaser is responsible for all service, installation, and transportation costs associated with the replacement.
10-Year Limited Warranty
Notwithstanding the other coverage, Ergomotion extends a limited 10-year warranty on qualifying base components found to be defective, as defined in the complete warranty terms. For claims made after the fifth year from the original delivery date, the purchaser is responsible for a prorated portion of the cost of the defective replacement part or, if the adjustable base is deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the Ergomotion, the replacement adjustable base.
The liability is limited to replacement of the defective part or parts. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable shipping, labor, and service costs. This coverage excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, and damage resulting from physical abuse or misuse.
Retail Display Warranty
An adjustable base used as a retail floor display is warranted against defects in parts for one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. During the first year, the manufacturer will replace any defective part at no cost to the original purchaser.
Floor Model Purchase Warranty
Floor models purchased by a consumer include one year of limited coverage for defective electronics only.
The manufacturer’s liability is limited to replacement of the defective electronic part or parts. The purchaser is responsible for all service, installation, and transportation costs. Lost or missing parts are not covered.
